Q. Does the Security Doorstopper work on sliding doors?: The Security Doorstopper only works on standard hinged doors with a space of between 7-20 mm or (1/4 to ¾ of inch) off the ground.
Q. Can my 10 year old daughter use the Security Doorstopper?: Yes, your 10 year old daughter would be able to safely use the Security Doorstopper, however, we do not recommend children answering any door unsupervised.

How much weight do I need to apply to the Security Doorstopper for it to work?: The amount of weight to apply to rear footpad differs with the type and condition of your floor however, any weight being put on the foot pad will improve the effectiveness of the Security Doorstopper.
